The Katie Mitchell Band

Katie Mitchell is a Long Beach singer-songwriter with a powerful, soulful voice and a raw, confessional songwriting style. Drawing from rock, country, Americana, and folk, her music blends catchy melodies with honest storytelling.

A longtime Long Island performer, Mitchell regularly plays with guitarist John Botten and the duo known as The Fifty-Percenters. Their latest release, The Sea in Me (2024), is a collection of songs inspired by the ocean and beach life.
